In Changnyeong, we have Upo Wetland which is recognized and protected under the Ramsar Convention which we refer to as the ‘Olympics of Environment, and the Bugok Hot Spring which has the country’s hottest water temperature at 78℃. Also, there are many beautiful tourists attractions including the magnificent, 757m-high, Mt. Hwawang that is famous for azaleas in the srping and silver grass in the fall.

Changnyeong is often referred to as the 2nd Gyeongju and it has 113 National Heritages including 2 national treasures, 13 treasures, 5 historic sites, 1 natural monument, 2 National Intangible Heritage and 85 Province-designated Heritage that prove the remarkable history of the county since the prehistoric times.
