Remains of the Gaya and Shilla Eras are exhibited, with the remains excavated from Gyodonggobun-gun(Gyodong Ancient Tomb) and Gyeseonggobun-gun(Gyeseong Ancient Tombs) composing the main theme.
In particular, the central exhibition hall is installed with a model tube (diorama) to easily describe the construction process of the large old tomb (gobun) for tourists’ understanding of the gobun culture. Also, gobun-gun(Ancient Tombs) is formed around Changnyeong Museum for educational effects acting as a studying area for the natural culture & remain. Recently, a 16 year old female’s bones were restored from the 15th bun of gobun-gun(Ancient Tombs), Songhyeon- dong, using science technologies, becoming a big issue and hence attracting tourists.
