By creating a Yuchae Flower complex among the vast riverside of Nakdong River near Namji-eup, Changnyeong-gun, this festival starts with the well- wishing and prosperity-wishing of the hometown, the Nakdong River Dragon King Festival, and continues with various events including performance events, traditional events, cultural events, and sports events, and is held in Namji Yuchae Flower Complex and Namji Sports Park in Namji-eup around mid- April, when Yuchae Flower blossom the most.
